McGurk Group, founded by Mr. Eamonn F McGurk has been a legacy in the making for over 50 years, with 20+ companies in the group, spanning across many sectors including construction, plant hire and haulage divisions.
The Group was inspired by the Late Eamonn Joseph McGurk. He was born in Newbliss, County Monaghan, Ireland in the 1940’s before travelling to England in the early 1960’s with his wife Anna née McGonnell from Clones, County Monaghan, Ireland.
McGurk Group has become one of the most established and respected companies of its time throughout the Southwest and beyond. With the 4th generation already working within the company, it’s forever growing and expanding yet keeping to its deep-rooted heritage.

Our founder Eamonn F McGurk has been recognised by Royals and awarded the city of London freedom of information for his dedication and passion for people, change and building a more sustainable future for all.
